how we work

Blessings Ideas exists to help real couples plan beautiful, personal weddings without overwhelm. This page explains how our content is created, reviewed, and kept trustworthy.
Every guide, idea list, and tutorial is written with one question in mind: would this actually help a real bride, with a real budget, on a real timeline? We aim for inspiration that is practical, inclusive of every budget, and genuinely useful, never filler published just to rank.
Our content is researched and written by our founder and editor, Jennifer W., drawing on current wedding trends, real weddings, planning experience, and reader questions. Where drafting tools assist our process, every piece is personally reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by our editor before publishing, and reflects our own editorial judgment.
We reference reputable industry sources and real wedding examples when researching guides. Photography on the site comes from our own work and from properly licensed or free-to-use libraries such as Pexels, used within their license terms. We do not use images we don't have the right to publish.
Wedding trends, prices, and products change quickly. We periodically review and refresh our most-read guides so the advice reflects what is true now. Posts display their publish or update dates where possible.
If we get something wrong, we fix it. Spotted an error? Email hello@blessingsideas.com and we will review and correct it promptly.
Some posts contain affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never determine what we recommend; we only feature products and services we would genuinely suggest to a friend. Any sponsored content will always be clearly labeled. See our Disclaimer for details.
Our opinions are our own. Vendors, brands, and advertisers do not review or approve our editorial content before it is published.
